Junior, senior and adult horse riding clubs
SCE pride ourselves on our position within the heart of the Weymouth and Dorset horse riding community. It gives us great personal pleasure to operate a multitude of horse riding clubs allowing us to support the experienced local riders and meet the new promising riders on the scene.
Through the running of these clubs we have met many like minded enthusiasts and gained many new friends along the way. We hope you can do the same!
All of our horse riding clubs are supervised by experienced instructors and are ran at very competitive prices to encourage and maximise involvement. SCE horses can be used for clubs or we also like to provide you with the opportunity to bring your own horse.
After work adult club…
Whether you’re a galloping girly or a jumping gent, our after work adult club is sure to be perfect for you. Run every Monday at 17:30 to 18:30 it’s designed primarily as a weekly club for people to enjoy an unbelievable value for money group riding lesson among friends of similar ability. Since its’ formation it’s proved hugely popular. It is not about pushing you and you horse to the absolute limit, it’s all about enjoying horse riding, friendly faces and relaxed tuition; which is surely what it’s all about?! Ladies Morning
This is a club for all the lady riders out there. Another great value weekly riding club based around relaxed, friendly tuition together with friendly banter and encouragement from ladies of similar ability. Whether you used to ride as a child then the rat race of life got in the way, returning to riding after a voluntary break, or just want to join a weekly club doing what you love, then the ladies morning is the club for you. Regularly followed by a cup of tea and a catch up on the weeks events, it’s also a great social event. So if you’re interested in giving it a go then please speak to a member of the team.

Jump Club
Ever wanted to master to art of jumping? Then this is the club for you! Run every Tuesday from 16:30 – 17:30, Jump club aims to put you and your horse to the test.
Working on all aspects of jumping, the club will cover everything from pole and grid work to full courses. As the weeks progress you will see both your confidence and skill improve and all the while having a great time. So if you’re interested in giving it a go then please speak to a member of the team.

Dressage club
Often overlooked by people in their quest for riding perfection, flatwork is the key to releasing your full riding potential. Mastering the art of dressage is the basis for every riding discipline; whether it be showjumping, cross country, eventing or obviously dressage. Week by week you’ll be working on all aspects of dressage, everything from working on your own position to improving the horses way of going.
So if you’re interested in improving every aspect of your riding then please speak to a member of the team. The club is run every Friday from 16:30 – 17:30.
